Foremost Organization is a 501c3 non-profit organization providing comprehensive community and economic development that includes affordable and market-rate housing development, community-centered health facilities and services, and support services for seniors and low- income residents and families. Our goal is to facilitate thriving communities by developing and implementing strategic community and economic development projects that create an environment by developing private-public partnerships with city leaders, financial partners, neighborhood organizations, local businesses, and healthcare organizations.
Foremost was founded by Dr. Venkat Vangala, MD because of his belief and commitment as a medical professional that affordable and available healthcare is an integral part of any thriving and prospering community. As a result, a unique aspect of the Foremost Organizations program model is the development and maintenance of affordable community-centered healthcare facilities as an anchor to Foremost Organization’s community and economic development projects. We will use a sustainable housing development model that will be designed using advanced 3-D printing technologies.
The mission of Foremost Organization is to engage in community and economic development activities that create comprehensive community assets and amenities, including housing, access to affordable healthcare, opportunities for upward economic mobility, access to retail amenities, and support services.
The Foremost Organization`s vision is that every community will have all the physical assets, amenities, and services necessary to create and sustain an environment where all community members can advance socially, economically, and physically.
We have three members in our Investment and Management leadership team.
Dr. Vangala, a retired Urologist, has served many notable roles in his medical career. As Chief of Surgery (1994-1995) at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, a member At Large (1996-1997), and as Bio-Ethics Committee Chairman (2001). In addition to these, he also served Barstow Community Hospital as Chief of Surgery.
Mrs. Vangala, the former Health Administrator of Hi-Desert Surgery Centre, was in incumbency from 1984 until 2008. Mrs. Vangala, a certified assisted living administrator, is also Foremost Senior Campus's present administrator, a 96 Bed RCFE with 62 independent living units, and Manager of the "G" street independent living facility, a 111-unit, senior apartment community, since 2012.
Mrs. Brown is a successful healthcare developer who has been a part of many renowned healthcare organizations. She served as a former health administrator of Healthcare Dual Diagnosis for ten years, a certified assisted living administrator for five years, and an insightful in formulating regulatory and compliance correspondence, licensing, contracting, and grants. , However, Ms. Brown is also professionally equally competent in real estate developments. Her leadership has resulted in the development of ten residential multifamily, five commercial, and eight healthcare-related real estate properties, a 120-bed free-standing Hospice Hospital, and Four CCRCs during her 30-year combined tenures, which also includes her works with a public housing authority.
Dr. Vangala completed his Undergraduate studies at the UCLA , completed Graduation from Wayne State Medical School.
Joined UC Irvine and completed 4 years in Internal Medicine and then specialized in Cardiology from UC Irvine. Interventional Cardiology from University of Chicago. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiography and Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Vangala completed her studies at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and Harbor UCLA Medical Center.
She is an active Pediatrician in practice at Facey Medical Foundation. Her contributions in the medical field include her work as a Pediatric Hospitalist at PIH Health and Harbor UCLA Medical Centre.
During his service as a Vice President, Business Development Officer, Marketing, and Client service at WHV investment management Inc.
Mr. Young directed and managed the development of prospective institutional and non-institutional accounts, including overall relationship management for the development, maintenance, and client servicing accounts and managed platforms globally. He successfully raised over $1.5 billion internationally in new assets by promoting and driving domestic and international global equity strategies.
Mr. Oravets is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University - Pomona, holding a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Orvetes is the former Deputy Director of San Bernardino Country's Special Districts Department (CSA). Apart from this, he is also the former City Engineer of the City of Needle, California.
Mr. Liggins, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), holds a Bachelor of Sciences (BS) in Business Finance, Southern Illinois University.
He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Sciences(BS) in Mechanical Engineering, Southern Illinois University, Associates of Arts (AA) in Business Management Chaffey College, an Associates of Arts (AA) in Business Administration, Solano Community College. Mr. Higgins has 23 years of experience as a creative and potent business leader in commercial and residential construction. During his incumbency with the Los Angeles HUD field office, his responsibilities and accomplishments included the development of Section 202 Elderly Housing, 221(d) 3 and 4 financings, and Section 811 Housing for the developmentally disabled valued at $350 million. During this time, his responsibilities also included overseeing 350 development teams throughout Southern California cities and countries.
