Current Proposed Project

Foremost Organization is proud to present a comprehensive community and economic development project in the Town of Paradise. This project can be a catalyst for the redevelopment of this City that was unfortunately decimated by a forest wildfire disaster in 2018. As a result of this natural disaster, a community that was once home to approximately 27,000 residents and 4,000 businesses is now home to approximately 2000 residents and 4,000 businesses.

Foremost, in Partnership with the Town of Paradise, California, and other public-private partners, plan to develop a healthcare facility, a senior supportive housing facility, and a mixed-use housing development that will have market-rate, affordable, and commercial units. The private-public partnership will include the Town of Paradise Housing Department, Youth for Change, CHIP – Community Housing Improvement Program, Paradise Soccer Club, and the Town of Paradise Parks and Recreation Department. Everyone is eager to sell the parcel. Although Paradise residents can access amenities in the neighboring city of Chico, California, Paradise still needs to develop and provide amenities for its residents.
